The seat of good health starts with a strong digestive system; however, good digestion is a common challenge to our bodies. Before we trail off to all those holiday parties, visit extended family and bake all those amazing goodies, let’s take a little time to help get our digestive system on track!
Digestive problems can develop from an over active nervous system which can be exacerbated by stress, anxiety and even depression.
In this class we will:
- Learn about the anatomy of the digestive system
- Explore poses to help our nervous system move into ‘rest & digest’
- Apply breathing techniques to aid digestion
- Practice firing up our digestion for
This 3 hour workshop is good for all levels, even beginners.
