Ropes Wall Pilates at Om Prana Yoga is a fusion of mat and reformer that uses the Great Ropes Wall.
This Intro class will teach students:
Breath mechanics in Ropes Wall Pilates
Spinal Imprint to get the most out of your Abs
Proper Leg positioning
Learn basic movements in a Ropes Wall Pilates Class
If you have not taken a reformer Pilates class, it is highly recommended that you take this Intro Pilates class before starting Ropes Wall Pilates.
