We will discuss & practice the benefits of using the ropes wall system and how it enhances your alignment based yoga practice or movement based yoga practices. Whether you’re a student looking for different ways to practice your alignment with support or you have some weakness or stiffness and using the ultimate ‘prop’ to help with this you will enjoy learning about the ropes wall and yoga.
