Our most recent LoveYourBrain yoga series for the traumatic brain injury (TBI) community just finished with success. Over the past six weeks, students in the FUNdamentals series explored the benefits of gentle yoga, meditation, and group discussion for supporting their healing process. We are truly humbled by the resilience and compassion embodied by this group, and are grateful for the community we created together.
