Don’t worry, I got your back! Using non-intimidating services steeped in yoga movements, breath coaching and lifestyle additions, you will learn ways to move, breathe and relax so your back is not the center of your lifestyle.
Come away from our ‘I Got Your Back’ small group yoga therapy sessions with tools and techniques to be proactive in pain relief and a sense of empowerment. You can gain the ability to control your wellbeing, and integrate practices into your daily routine to boost your confidence through a proactive approach.
This series includes a 40 minute private assessment with IAYT Certified Yoga Therapist Wendy Landry and 4 group sessions limited to 5 people.
*All sessions will be live on Zoom. Must be enrolled by April 15th. Private assessment will be scheduled with individuals after enrollment in the sessions. No refunds once the assessment is completed.
