Care for the Caregiver

Are you a caregiver of a loved one? Caregiving is such an important and difficult road emotionally and physically. Whether you are experiencing lack of sleep, calendar stress, stiff and sore muscles from lifting/moving, frustration, anger, anxiety or just feeling alone, this series will give you tools and support to help you fill yourself back up.

During this series we will explore how to care for the caregiver so the giving comes from a full well. This will be done through individual observation, physical movements to stretch and strengthen the body & mind, lifestyle habits to put yourself on the care list, breathing techniques to balance the nervous system, Not only will we have a classroom experience that you can do in-person (with full vaccination & wear mask) or live on Zoom, I will give you recorded guided support for you to do in between sessions with me.
