This session is for individuals experiencing burnout in either their personal or professional lives.
Participants will learn about burnout in detail (how it comes about, what it affects, and how to manage/heal it), along with compassion fatigue and secondary trauma. We will talk about ways to manage/heal burnout, compassion fatigue and secondary trauma through yoga, meditation, and self-care practices. You will leave this session with a self-care plan and ways to incorporate these approaches into their everyday lives.
This class will be taught by Amber, who is an LPC & 500 Hour Yoga Teacher. Note: You can sign up to do in Person class (with full vaccination & mask) or Livestream online. **3 CEUs are offered for Mental Health Providers.
